Admission Process

Apply directly to the Canadian Health Care Academy

  • Step 1. Find out about the program you are interested in.
  • Step 2. Complete the Student Application Form. This form can be obtained from the Canadian Health Care Academy by sending an email request to info@chcabc.com
  • Step 3. Submit the Application Form to Canadian Health Care Academy.

You can either e-mail the application, drop it off at 2nd Floor, Unit 202 – 10252 City Parkway, Surrey, BC, or mail it to:

  • Step 4. Come in and write your English and Math Entrance exams.
  • Step 5. Upon receiving your application form, your entrance exam and your transcripts (if applicable) we will process your application. If approved, you will be granted an acceptance letter. At this point a 150.00 registration fee will be due.
