Pamela Owen  RN, BSN - PN Dean of Programs
Pamela has been with CHCA since 2001 and has recently been promoted to Practical Nursing Program Coordinator.  In addition to teaching at CHCA, Pamela is currently attending UBC on a part time basis, where she continues to work towards her PhD in English Literature. 

Pamela graduated with a BSN from the University of Manitoba in 1989.  Immediately after graduation Pamela was employed with the Leukemia – Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at the Vancouver General Hospital.  After leaving this position, Pamela began teaching in health care programs at a private school in Vancouver for 4 years.  Currently Pamela enjoys teaching & curriculum development at CHCA and accepts speaking engagements on behalf of the BC Schizophrenia Association in her free time.
